I like cold toes about as much as I like a toothache!
Especially on the climbing seat, the use of blankets or thick seated suits and storing and drinking warm drinks is rather complicated due to the lack of opportunity for development. Not only once did my thermos flask or cup “crash” and I could only look down sorrowfully for hours while the pain in my toes increased massively and the slowly starting trembling shook the snow from the treetop and gave me the wet and cold rest from above .

Despite all our closeness to nature and the intensive experience of all seasons, our joy in it stops when it freezes.

The only way to do without the very thick winter clothing that is not suitable for climbing and still not freeze is with external heat sources, which ideally last as long as the activity lasts

For use on the climbing seat, but also on the classic DJ stand, as a dog handler, for the winter hide, on the bike, during winter sports and in the cold stable lanes, a combination of the Heat Vest 1.0 (against trembling) has worked for us. and the Heat-Sock 4.0 (against aching toes) from Lenz. The batteries are slim, easy to charge with the supplied charger and they fit all Lenz products.
And the best part?! You don't have to risk falling from the climbing seat when contorting to switch on the batteries in the bottom layer of clothing or on the stockings or to select a stronger of the three heat levels to counteract the creeping cold, because the heating can be elegantly switched on via a free app regulate with your smartphone! With this app, the 3 levels on the battery itself become great 9 finely tuned heat levels.

The Lenz products are certainly not the cheapest on the market, but they are of absolutely high quality and work much better than you might think.
