As a manufacturer, we guarantee every Lenz product for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with European law.
Lenz products sold in the United States or Canada are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States.
Within this warranty period, we will replace products that are based on material or manufacturing defects free of charge . Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by improper use, personal negligence, normal wear and tear (e.g. in the case of textiles) and defects that only marginally affect the value or the usability of the product. The original purchase receipt is mandatory for warranty processing.
Also excluded from the guarantee are complaints based on slightly different charging states of several lithium packs in the Lenz heat app in charging or heating mode, since lithium packs and heating elements are naturally subject to production-related tolerances. These minimal differences have no noticeable effect on the heating performance and heating duration of the product.
In the following cases, any warranty claims expire:
• in the event of interventions by unauthorized bodies
• when using other than original spare parts
A complaint must be processed via the shop where the product was purchased or the purchase contract was concluded!
The guarantee provided by Lenz Ges.mbH / Lenz North America does not limit either the customer's legal rights under the applicable national law or the customer's rights towards the dealer from the sales contract concluded between the two.
