No more freezing in winter
Winter sport is a very versatile and broad term. For some, winter sports mean skiing, ski tours or snowboarding. In very cold temperatures, we freeze first on the outermost extremities such as the toes, fingers or even the tip of the nose. We use a lot of energy to keep our body temperature constantly high or normal when it is cold. This reduces muscle strength and performance by up to 50%.
