You can return or exchange unused items in their undamaged original packaging within 14 days free of charge.
Please follow these steps:
1 Fill out the return form and send it off
Please fill out the returns form at the bottom of this page and click "Submit". After internal processing, we will then send you a returns label by email.
2 Packaging
Please place the original packaging and unused items in the shipping box and close it tightly. Then please attach the printed return label to the box in a clearly visible place.
3 Drop off package
Hand in your return to the respective shipping partner and keep the shipping slip.
4 Credit/Exchange
As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will be contacted by our customer service team.
In the event of a return, your money will be refunded immediately in the following days or, in the event of an exchange, we will send the new item.
