As a small Austrian family business, we have decided to develop textile products that have as little impact on our world as possible, from the raw materials to the packaging. We want to offer all people who are concerned about our environment products that support their way of thinking.

Longevity instead of fast fashion
Our approach focuses on durability and reducing waste. Germany alone produces almost 400,000 tons of textile waste every year. Our "think about" products are designed to counteract this trend by being particularly durable and thus producing less waste. This contrasts with the fast fashion trend and offers a sustainable alternative for conscious consumers.
Every journey starts with the first step
At Lenz, we know that we are not perfect. However, we are constantly improving. We do not have the same opportunities in terms of sustainability for every product line. That does not stop us from breaking new ground - even if the first steps are smaller than we would like. We work closely with our partners to ensure that our sustainability and environmental protection requirements are met. Our journey is an ongoing process in which we are always looking for and finding new ways and constantly improving our products and processes.
More than just sustainable products
We see sustainability as a holistic commitment. Our products and the processes used to produce them are part of it.
Our commitment to the planet is reflected in every facet of our business, from the way we get around to the energy that powers our production. We have consistently converted our company fleet to electric cars to do our part to reduce CO2 emissions.
But we have not stopped at mobility. In Vorarlberg, energy generation through photovoltaics is a good option. We now produce a very large part of the energy we need using solar power. This energy is used to heat and cool our buildings.
In addition, we have invested in extensive insulation of our building to save heating costs and minimize our energy consumption.
