As part of our accessibility statement, we would like to provide an overview of the current compliance of the service(s) described below with the accessibility requirements of legal regulations (in particular the Austrian Accessibility Act – BaFG). This statement applies to the online offering www.lenzproducts.com.

General description of the service
Our Lenz Products (Lenz Ges.m.b.H.) online shop offers end consumers a selection of textile sportswear and functional clothing (e.g. socks, functional underwear, and gloves) as well as heated textiles for the entire body. Our service consists of providing customers with a user-friendly online platform for browsing and ordering these products. Our offerings are aimed at private consumers in Austria, Germany, and other EU countries, and we attach great importance to ensuring that all customers can use the platform.

Status of compliance with the requirements
The above-mentioned service is partially compliant with the requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG) as well as with the AA conformance requirements of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1" and the European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), implemented by Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and the BaFG (BGBl. I Nr. 144/2023). We are continuously working to further improve accessibility.
The following parts/content/functions of the service are not or only partially accessible:
- Some images and graphics on the website do not have meaningful alternative text, which makes it difficult for screen reader users to use.
- Some form elements are not labeled correctly or cannot be fully operated using the keyboard.
- Due to our corporate design, certain texts and controls have insufficient contrast and font sizes, which impairs readability for visually impaired users.
- Some embedded videos do not contain subtitles or audio descriptions.
- The main navigation is not fully accessible via the keyboard.
- PDF documents are currently not fully compatible with screen readers.
- Newsletter registration is currently not fully accessible.
Non-accessible parts of the service - implementation deadlines
We currently use an older Shopify template that only partially meets legal accessibility requirements. Completely adapting this template to current legal requirements would involve a disproportionately high technical and financial effort.
Therefore, we have decided to develop a new, accessible Shopify template that fully complies with the requirements of the German Accessibility Act (BaFG). The release of this new template is planned for 2026. This will eliminate all currently existing barriers in the online shop.
Newly provided content, especially PDF documents and embedded videos, will be made accessible in the future. Existing content will be gradually revised. Specific implementation timelines may vary depending on the content and will be communicated upon request.
Creation of the accessibility statement
Date of last review of the above-mentioned services with regard to accessibility requirements: 17.9.2025.
Last update of the declaration: 17.9.2025.
This statement will be updated at least once a year.
Assessment of the state of accessibility
Assessment method: Internal self-assessment using suitable online tools and supplemented by external service providers.
Status of content review: September 2025
