Feet are like fingerprints - no two are alike, each one is unique. That's why it's very rare that an off-the-shelf ski boot fits like a glove. In order to be able to offer the customer a unique skiing experience, each ski boot must be individually adapted to the customer's foot. Whether it's a liner, shell or sole modification, we can supply the tools and accessories for a complete all round boot fitting.
Adjusting the liner often involves adding material inside the shoe, as the shoe tends to be snug rather than loose.
The Lenz Pro Kit is a selection of fitting tools specifically for the liner. With these tools, any type of inner shoe can be perfectly adjusted. The Pro Kit includes, among other things:
- fitting mats
- volume reducer
- heel wedges
- heel cups
- thermoforming mats
- pads
- gel pads
- Etc.
How often has a day's skiing had to be ended early because the shoe causes uncomfortable pressure points somewhere? The ski boot shell is sacred to the professional alpine skier. Thanks to the perfect adaptation to the foot, the power is transferred perfectly to the ski - in professional racing, that can be the hundredths of a second that were missing for victory.
We offer all the tools needed for a professional fitting of the shell. Starting with the shell spreader to the canting tablet and a wide variety of milling devices - whether for racing drivers or amateur athletes.
For the classic fitting professional, we offer soles for every application. These soles can be processed with standard tools and machines. Our blanks consist of up to five different materials to achieve the desired dynamic.
The Blank Insoles are available in two different upper materials: Merino and Micro Leather.
