In order to transfer this enthusiasm to our online shop, we are looking for reinforcements.
Your tasks:
- Optimization and further development of our online shop (Shopify)
- Designing and implementing an excellent customer journey that inspires and retains our customers
- Development and management of customer loyalty tools and purchase incentive systems
- Support and implementation of newsletter and email marketing campaigns
- Analysis of customer data and derivation of strategic measures to improve the customer experience
- Close collaboration with marketing, sales and product development to ensure a consistent brand message
- Partial support with customer communication (telephone and email during peak season)
Your profile:
- Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in e-commerce and/or customer experience
- Shopify knowledge or the willingness to learn quickly
- Enthusiasm for outdoor sports and an understanding of the needs of our target group
- Creative thinking to develop innovative approaches
- Analytical skills for evaluating KPIs and optimizing measures
- Strong communication skills in German (English is an advantage)
