The statutory warranty obligation applies to new goods in all EU countries. If one of the products purchased from Lenzproducts.com is damaged outside of the guarantee, in many cases it is possible for us to repair it in-house. Austrian substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the competent court at the customer's place of residence, whereby the customer's place of residence at the time the contract is concluded is decisive. Lenz Ges.mbH is also entitled to sue the customer at his general place of jurisdiction.
